JobLinks Verification Standards

How we review application sources, verify job listings, and ensure candidate safety.

1. What We Mean by “Official Source”

An Official Source is an authentic digital application endpoint hosted on the employer’s registered corporate domain (e.g., https://www.emerson.com/careers) or on a verified enterprise Applicant Tracking System (such as oraclecloud.com, myworkdayjobs.com, greenhouse.io, lever.co, or smartrecruiters.com).

2. Our 4-Step Verification Checklist

Step 1: Domain AuthenticationWe verify that the target URL belongs directly to the declared employer and not a third-party clone or intermediate lead generator.
Step 2: Requisition ID & Open Status CheckWe confirm that the open requisition ID is actively accepting submissions on the employer’s career dashboard.
Step 3: Anti-Fraud ScreeningWe ensure the job notice does not demand registration fees, training charges, security deposits, or non-corporate communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp-only hiring without an official portal).
Step 4: Editorial Summary & Guidance ReviewOur editorial desk summarizes core eligibility, role responsibilities, and interview preparation advice for candidate clarity.

3. What “Last Checked” Means

The Last Checked date on each job detail page shows when our team or editorial system last verified that the application link was reachable and active. While we perform regular reviews, employers may close job openings at their discretion when hiring quotas are fulfilled.

4. How to Report an Inaccurate or Expired Listing

If you encounter a listing where the employer has stopped accepting applications, or if you discover any discrepancy in the job information, please report it via our Report Job page. Our editorial desk reviews all community reports promptly.
