JobLinks Editorial Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026 • Published by the JobLinks Editorial Team
1. Purpose & Editorial Mission
The primary objective of JobLinks is to provide job seekers, students, and early-career professionals in India with clear, transparent, and actionable employment information. We believe that job listings should be easy to understand, grounded in verified sources, and completely free of misleading claims.
2. Sourcing Guidelines
Our editorial desk gathers recruitment notices exclusively from verifiable public channels:
- Official corporate career pages (e.g.,
company.com/careers). - Enterprise applicant tracking portals (Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters).
- Verified public announcements released by corporate talent acquisition teams.
We do not source listings from unverified social media forwards, third-party fee-charging placement agencies, or dubious telegram channels.
3. Original Candidate Guidance vs. Employer Text
While we present essential factual details from open requisitions (job title, hiring company, work location, eligibility, and official links), our team provides original editorial value by breaking down what the role actually involves, identifying potential fit mismatches, and curating role-specific interview preparation advice. We clearly distinguish factual employer requirements from JobLinks editorial recommendations.
4. Truthful Compensation & Claims Policy
If an employer does not specify a salary in their public notice, we state “Not specified by the employer”. We do not invent artificial salary estimates and present them as official facts. Furthermore, JobLinks does not claim to provide employee referrals unless a verifiable referral mechanism exists.
5. AI & Automation Policy
We do not use automated tools or artificial intelligence to mass-generate thin, low-value, or repetitive pages. Where computational tools assist in structuring data, all content is subject to editorial oversight for accuracy, clarity, and genuine candidate usefulness.
6. Correction & Inactive Job Policy
When an employer closes a recruitment drive or an application deadline passes, we update the listing status to inactive and display a clear notice advising candidates not to submit duplicate applications. If you notice an error or broken link in any listing, please notify us immediately through our Report Job portal or via Contact Support.
