How We Check Jobs on JobLinks
JobLinks is built on clarity, transparency, and candidate safety. Learn how our editorial desk sources, reviews, and checks job drives before indexing.
The 5-Point JobLinks Review Process
Employer Identification & Domain Match
We verify that the hiring entity is an authentic registered company or recognized employer. Application links are checked to ensure they lead directly to official corporate domains (e.g., careers.company.com or verified enterprise ATS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SmartRecruiters).
Direct Official Apply URL
We confirm that the application link leads directly to the open requisition on the official careers portal. JobLinks does not create intermediate paywalls or third-party registration barriers.
Zero Candidate Fee Guarantee
Legitimate employers never charge candidates money for interviews, job training, laptop deposits, or application processing. We strictly exclude any listing that demands payment from job seekers.
Listing Freshness & Status Monitoring
Recruitment drives are time-sensitive. We perform periodic status checks to verify if applications are still open. Once an employer closes a drive, the listing is updated to Inactive.
Community Reporting & Editorial Review
Job seekers can report expired, broken, or suspicious job postings anytime via our Report Job page. Reported listings are investigated by our editorial desk.
Source Transparency Commitment
Every job listing on JobLinks includes source transparency details, the verification method used, and the date when the link was last checked. We encourage candidates to review our Verification Standards and report any discrepancies.
